"We haven’t even seen the bare minimum when it comes to a international reaction to the human rights violations in Bahrain… we haven’t seen a special session at the UN Human Rights Council… we haven’t seen economic sanctions, we haven’t seen severing of diplomatic ties. Not only that the Bahraini regime has been awarded with arms sales they’re still allowed to travel to places like the UK and the US & so we’re seeing a situation where the US, the UK and France are to Bahrain today what Russia is to Syria, unfortunately."
